Location is the strongest point of the place, (nothing decent within a kilometer), but they shouldn’t relax since that could backfire! Food is good, large portions and well plated. However “portokalopita” was far away from the original Greek dessert, so they should either rebrand it or just cancel it. Quite noisy for my taste. I hate the “closed terrace” where everyone is smoking just because they allow it since is relatively closed area (maybe during summer time they open the shades, but otherwise is just like traveling in time 15 years, when smoking was allowed in any pub. Everybody knows it’s the place where local VIPs like to hang, but also some questionable characters, so be aware of the “wildlife”! By the way, they will charge you a “reservation fee” (50 lei/capita) and if you’re late more than 15 minutes you lose the reservation & money!!!

The place looks great, our order came faster than we expected. The food looks good, but not too tasty. I ordered the scrambled eggs with potatoes, the eggs were too cooked and the potatoes were too greasy. I will recommend to the restaurant to add to this dish some cheese.

This restaurant is in one of the more exclusive neighborhoods in Bucharest. The space is modern and comfortable with segregated spaces for smoker and non-smokers. The service is friendly, helpful, attentive, and fluent in English. The food is flavorful and of very high quality. Make sure to leave room for dessert here as the desserts display looked amazing. It did not take very long for us to get served, and we recommend a reservation if your date and time are critical as this is a popular spot. Parking can be challenging here, so plan accordingly. We highly recommend this place.

We visited this restaurant as a group on Saturday, May 23. First of all, I would like to say that the food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and overall the venue itself made a good impression. Unfortunately, our experience was completely spoiled by one of the waitresses (the lady wearing glasses). When we placed our order, the waitress started telling us that we had ordered too much food. We politely explained several times that we were aware of the amount of food and that we wanted to order exactly that much. However, she kept insisting, which already felt inappropriate. Later, when she walked past our table and saw that we had actually finished everything, she gave us a surprised look. This was uncomfortable and made us feel as though we were being judged for how much food we had ordered. What surprised us the most happened afterwards. After finishing our main dishes, we wanted to order dessert. Instead of simply taking the order, the waitress asked, “Do you still have room in your stomach?” We were honestly shocked. Comments about guests’ appetite, the amount of food they order, or what they choose to eat are completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Customers come to a restaurant to enjoy their meal, not to be judged or receive remarks about how much they eat. It is a real shame because the food was genuinely good and we liked the place itself. However, the attitude of this staff member left a very unpleasant impression on our entire group. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we do not plan to return, as we would not want to be treated this way again.

Today we visited a cozy spot near Herastrau Park in Bucharest. The place is very green and beautiful, with a pleasant and calm atmosphere. We ordered the avocado toast with salmon and the English breakfast. Everything was tasty and filling. The prices are slightly above average. The coffee was good. Overall, it’s a nice place for breakfast or brunch in a green and peaceful setting.🌱☕️
