A very charming restaurant in Bucharest where you truly feel like you’re in Spain. The interior is beautiful, spacious, and decorated in a traditional Andalusian style, which creates a warm and authentic atmosphere. Although the space is large, the tables can be a bit close together, so you might occasionally hear other conversations, which can be slightly distracting. The food is excellent — everything I’ve ordered so far has been delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to find Padrón peppers here that taste just as good as the ones in Spain. I often order the baked shrimp and highly recommend them. The sangria is also very good, which is surprisingly hard to find done well. One small downside is that sometimes there’s a noticeable food smell inside the restaurant. Overall, it’s my favorite Spanish restaurant in the city so far, and I will definitely be coming back.

This is my favourite restaurant in Bucharest for the spanish dishes, especially paella, and because they maintained the quality of food over the years. The food was delicious, with quality ingredients. The desserts were a little too sweet for my taste. But I was very disappointed about the service last time I visited. The lady who took our order seemed to be on the run every time we interacted, did not offer any recommendation and I felt like I was disturbing her with my questions or additions to the initial order: like ordering another bottle of water or a coffee. The most unpleasant surprise came with the bill. Without asking me, they have included in the bill a 10% tip and brought us the bill at the table with the tip included. Not even when she brought the bill, she did not mention anything about 10% tip as being already included. And I paid the bill by card for the total amount, not noticing the tip added abusively. And I offered also a 10% tip in cash, because that’s the minimum tip I usually offer if I enjoy the food and services. And I liked the food, despite the rush in attitude of the waitress. Of course I paid the 10% tip calculated to the total amount already paid by card… It is not mainly a matter of amount, it is a mater of fact. I felt that they robbed me intentionally, counting on my lack of attention. And I considered this a complete lack of respect for the client. But, I would give second chances to this restaurant, as the food is great and I do hope that they will improve their service and consideration for their clients. Me on my side, I will check carefully the bill and sanction any future discrepancy 10 times harder, in reviews. Which I do recommend to any client reading this.

The food is really, really good, and that’s coming from someone who grew up in Spain, it’s 1-1 with what you get there. The paella was delicious, just like every time I’ve been here. The staff is super professional and friendly, and the place totally teleports you to southern Spain for a few hours. I wholeheartedly recommend it! (and let’s not forget the tapas and the complimentary bizcocho de limon we got from the house)

Delicious Spanish food. The atmosphere is nice, cozy, with natural flowers and plants, semi dark warm light , excellent for a relaxed atmosphere. The service was excellent! Christian was very kind, professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this place. I return to this place again and again.

“Authentic Spanish flavors in the heart of Bucharest!” I visited Casa España by Alioli and was genuinely impressed — the food was excellent, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Spanish taste. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend the paella and sangria!
