Recent experience with Guava quite contradictory in many aspects :) Definitely overpriced for the food quality and service provided. It started from the waiter telling me that he doesn’t know what is one of the side dishes from the menu as he is not a chef :))) how possible? Also for the gin tonic ordered, when he brought it in the long drink glass for my question he mentioned that the other ones are more expensive and specified the price, when he didn’t ask me if I’m interested in expensive or less expensive type of gin tonic, maybe there was something on my face guiding him to the conclusion?!:)). Food average, nothing special, one of my colleagues found a piece of plastic in her dish - the waiter reaction was gentle and as expected - he apologised, escalated and offered one free dessert and a 10% discount from the entire bill. The view is very nice on the terrace, especially when it’s getting darker. Some smell coming from the lake, which is expected, although not really pleasant and many small insects flying around. Overall - not the service (the initial interaction) or food I would return to.

Lovely location and a well designed restaurant overlooking the lake. The waiting staff was amazing. They paid attention to us and helped us with choosing the right stuff from the menu. The food was tasty and served promptly. Our favourite was the Lebanese bread. For the quality of the food and service it’s grossly overpriced. It’s good place to spend time in the evening.

If you are a smoker it’s a beautiful location. The opposite when you are not. I want to mention from the start, the 3 star only review is for the fact, that I am a non smoker. Like many others at our table, and the location was overloaded with smoking people, already before 10 pm when we did not even have our dinner. Other than that, the service was great, until the end when the waiter friendly mentioned that 15% extra on the bill, would be nice if we were happy with his service. The food, if you like Lebanese food, then it’s one of the best I’ve eaten. The music is mixed, everyone will enjoy something. Though it was a bit too much Turkish/Arabian music for my taste. But each taste is different.. Unfortunately in most locations in Bucharest in which you can have dinner and dance is smoking allowed, even though it’s forbidden by law. But in most smoking is later on, after people had their dinner allowed. Here as a non smoker, you have your dinner, in a room filled with smoke, already at 9pm.

I’ve been here for both lunch and dinner, and the food and atmosphere—a cozy setting with a good DJ—were great. On the downside, the drinks (Aperol Spritz, Gin Tonic, Hugo) weren’t strong enough and could’ve used more punch. Also, on both visits we had to clear tables and seats ourselves, as they were covered with flowers, leaves, and small branches.
