I recently had lunch at La Ciotoianu Grill and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. Located in a relaxed and casual setting, the restaurant offers a variety of grilled meats and hearty dishes that truly hit the spot. I ordered the mixed grill platter, which included juicy mici, tender pork, and perfectly cooked chicken. Everything was flavorful and grilled just right. As a side, I chose French fries topped with cheese – a comforting and tasty combination that paired well with the meats. The atmosphere was friendly and informal, ideal for a laid-back meal with friends or family. The staff were attentive, polite, and quick to serve, even though the restaurant was quite busy during my visit. While the place doesn’t have traditional décor, it focuses on what really matters: good food, fair prices, and generous portions. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a satisfying, no-fuss Romanian grill experience. Overall, I’d definitely return to La Ciotoianu Grill for a casual meal with authentic flavors and great service. P.S. hard to find free parking slots!

Tbh I’ve never had a better experience for this price! Tastes amazing, everything is made fresh and great staff! Came here again today and god they make the best steak! The beef one was better than the one I’ve had at The Ivy, which costs 4 times the price:) PS: you have to try the lemonade! It is made with honey and so many flavors passion fruit, mango, melon or mint

A wonderful cafе with amazing food! The coffee is aromatic, and the craft light beer is excellent. The mici, lamb pastrami, pork neck, and chicken breast were especially delicious - everything was incredibly tasty and juicy. The sauces are simply fantastic: ketchup, mustard, and mayo perfectly complement the dishes. The vegetables with pickles and grilled peppers are a real treat for food lovers. And the bread… absolutely delightful! The fries are great, both with and without cheese. We highly recommend this café, but keep in mind - free tables are rare, and it’s no surprise! A special thank you to the staff for the fast and friendly service - it makes the visit even more enjoyable.

Recommended for those who's looking for a place to hangout, this place is it. Such a nice chill place next to the park and close to the mall, budget friendly, good and fast service, there's nothing can beat grill food and cold beer in the hot summer.

Is that kind of place where you are afraid to make a mistake and you will think staff will spit in your food 😆 No matter how good the food is, atmosphere is influenced by service and attitude. I am thinking that I may did something: because a minute after I ordered lemonade, I drank water from a bottle which I already had with me. Was a basic need, not like I was doing that to affect the business. And I was scolded by the waiter (in same way a communist teacher would do it). And other things: - everything was rushed, did not get the chance to read menu and waiter impatiently asked what we want to drink (and we were not slow at all) - when my friends ordered food: waiter explained very cold and strict that he prefers to get the order in different way ... Not in the usual format (usual meaning that each person orders what they want) - when we almost finished eating he started to clean the table, like almost taking the plates underneath our nose, I felt rushed to take the last bite 😅 and I think he was doing that in order for the other waiter to see clean table and ask us if we want anything more. We felt like they were pushing us away even though there were plenty of empty tables around us. - I heard them wishing a good day to other customers who left and tone was unnatural... Just cold, loud, rushed with tone of "stand up and leave faster" My friends left tip just because they come from time to time. But the staff do not deserves it. I asked my friends if this attitude is usual, and he said is happening a lot with all customers. I think that 2 or 3 staff members sets this tone and after that seems like all the staff is doing it. I recommend the owner to send his close friends to have dinner there and get more overview of what is happening.
