Acompletely unpleasant experience. I was expecting a beautiful Greek evening in Bucharest, but I left with a bitter taste. It is no wonder that in Romania, the hospitality and competence of the staff are deplorable. First of all, I want to mention that the restaurant has a covered terrace where smoking is allowed, which is strictly forbidden by law. As a non-smoker, I had to sit in cigarette smoke. Plus, it‘s so loud you can‘t even have a conversation with your partner. Secondly, the waiters are overwhelmed by the situation. We visited the restaurant on a Monday evening; there were no free tables, and the orders took over an hour to arrive. Compared to Greece or Italy during the peak season, the treatment here is disappointing—three waiters cannot handle just a few tables. Poor management in my opinion. The waiter forgets what you ordered, forgets to bring drinks to the table, and takes away your plate without asking if you've finished eating. They do not repeat what you ordered, so you don't even know if they noted it correctly. Everything takes an extremely long time, and the food is not excellent, it's nowhere near the quality of Greece. I do not recommend the restaurant. It only makes you more annoyed and hungry while waiting for the food. Service scores 0, very disappointing! ☹️

The fish was good, they don't know what is "mujdei" , their think it's done from garlic powder, and not real garlic, don't order, you will be very disappointed

We are visitors in Bucharest and wanted to try this restaurant. We contacted the restaurant through the WhatsApp number listed on Google Maps to ask if there was a table available at 6:00 PM. We were told that everything was fully booked. After that, we politely asked whether there might be any availability during the day (around midday), but unfortunately we never received any reply. As guests in the city, we found this quite disappointing. Good service always begins with communication, and simply ignoring a guest’s message leaves a very negative impression. Before contacting the restaurant we read many positive reviews here, which is why we decided to try it. However, based on our experience, it is difficult to understand how a place with truly good service and hospitality would ignore potential guests in this way. The food might be good, but when the first interaction with guests is like this, it already affects the overall experience. There are many restaurants in Bucharest where guests are treated with more attention and respect.🤯

This was a pleasant experience,the food was great and overall we liked it. The place itself it's really cozy and nothing fancy but it is very welcoming. We got the royal plate for 3-4 people but it was much bigger than we expected. We couldn't finish all the food but they packed the leftovers for us to take home. The food came in 35-40 minutes, the service was good, the people are welcoming and I'd say it's a great place. Note: don't come earlier than the time you reserved a table because it'll be occupied since it's a popular spot.
