Traditional Romanian flavors reinvented with creativity and soul — an unforgettable experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last night I visited Noua B.A.R. for a friend’s birthday, and it turned into one of those experiences you don’t easily forget. The food instantly brought back flavors from my childhood — deeply Romanian, familiar, comforting — but reimagined in a modern, creative way that felt both respectful and exciting. Every dish was exceptional, from starters to dessert, including the drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It’s one of those rare places where you honestly can’t name just one favorite, because everything is equally thoughtful, balanced, and memorable. What impressed me the most was the feeling behind it all — the care, the evolution, and the passion that you can sense in every detail. As someone who grew up watching Chef's Alex Petricean from afar, seeing how far this place and the people behind it have come is genuinely inspiring. Noua B.A.R is more than just a restaurant; it’s an example of how tradition, creativity, and hard work can come together beautifully. ✨️Five stars feel almost insufficient for how special this experience was.✨️

An absolute standout in Bucharest. We had an incredible experience from start to finish at Noua Bar. The cocktails were exquisite: perfectly balanced and creative. Every course that followed held the same high standard: the appetizers were delicious, and both the main course and dessert were flawlessly executed. It’s rare to find a place where every single element of the meal is a highlight. Highly recommend. Later edit: Since the first visit we've been here 3 more times, every time the food & drinks were excellent. I want to highlight the cocktail Fulg de Nea (the one with the popcorn foam) - it is one the best cocktails we've ever tried, it would be amazing if it were possible to keep it in the menu forever.

Very nice and cozy restaurant, as its name suggests, taking an original approach on Romanian cuisine. I really liked the appetizers (home-made bread with cheese and bacon, beef tartare) and the mushroom soup. As they didn't have their signature dish (sausage filled with beans) that evening, we had the pork and beef dashes for main. They were good, but I like them less than the starters.

Best cocktails I’ve had in Romania! The food is also exceptional you can really see the chef made an effort to put the menu together. The menu also gets a refresh each season which is great. Thanks NOUA BAR for the experience!

We had such a great time at this neo-traditional restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with just the right balance between modern and authentic touches. Their unique sangria is absolutely amazing — one of the best I’ve had — perfectly refreshing and well-balanced. Each dish was complex, beautifully presented, and full of layered flavors. The staff took the time to explain every element in detail, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. For the quality and creativity of the food, the prices are actually very decent. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, flavorful, and well-thought-out dining experience!
