A really fun restaurant with fantastic decor. It is a real novelty. The portions are gigantic! There are a few veggie options alongside the massive hunks of meat, which us nice. The service was great and Samile (sp??) was fantastic, really attentive and helpful.

I came with high expectations and was SO DISAPPOINTED. Food was BAD, and Im not used of writing bad reviews but this has to be said. I ordered the steak for 150 lei(!). Asked for a medium, the steak came well-done. Told the waiter, he brought me a new one, completely raw. My friends ordered the plate for two, also ended up disappointed by the unseasoned food. Great decor, but definitely won't come back.

Here’s a sharp one-star review in English that keeps the focus on the actual restaurant problems instead of the staff’s ethnicity: > ★☆☆☆☆ I came here expecting a fun medieval dining experience, but it turned into one of the most disappointing restaurant visits I’ve had in Bucharest. The frying oil tasted like it hadn’t been changed since the 15th century — everything fried had that old, burnt, heavy flavor. The meat portions were surprisingly small, and both the quality and the main dishes themselves felt cheap and poorly prepared. The cups they were chiped as well. The side salads were completely bland, as if salt and pepper were forbidden in the kitchen. Nothing tasted fresh or properly seasoned. Definitely overpriced for what you get. I wouldn’t come back. The only good thing, the service was good, even tough they're not speaking the local language.

Last night we went to this amazing restaurant The set dressing was great with the swords and suits of armour The food well I could only eat the meat on my plat so much food ( had to leave room for desert that was also gigantic) We had a great time Thank you to all the staff WELL WORTH A VISIT Its so tacky its fantastic Be carefully its probably best to share a meal, due to the fact my partner is a veggie we had 2 separate dishes, no way could we eat more than 1/3 of the dish and im no lightweight

Lux Living

To be honest the environment takes you down the medieval age.. full of life even on weekdays and the whole ambience is crazy lively with full on music. Unfortunately my whole chicken came out super dry..which did a bit but guess what upon being informed they decided not to charge us for the dry chicken which clearly shows they really care for customer experience. My boyfriend loved his food so am not gonna deduct any points although the chicken was bad. I really believe in second chances and the tables around me mentioned chicken were juicy so probably I came upon a dead one 😅 I believe the accountability and the whole experience like eating a bunch of food like in medieval times with hands other than cutlery made all the atmosphere.. was actually nice! For the food.. I believe i was a one off and they took charge.. so I got nothing than to appreciate this amazing lovely place!!
