I recently visited Shandrama in Bucharest and can say it was an unforgettable culinary experience! We opted for the Smoked Pork Belly menu, beef smoked brisket, assorted pickles, delicious sauces, a fresh orange juice, and a refreshing lemonade. Everything was top-notch – the meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful, and the combination with fried potatoes and pickles was a true rainbow on the palate, an explosion of flavors that makes you crave more with every bite. The portions are generous. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the first moment. A special highlight was the "manager" – the house cat, a truly charming boss who adds a unique charm to the place. The waiters informed us right away about his presence and asked if we were okay with seeing him around occasionally, which shows their care for customers. The atmosphere is cozy, with funky decor and a pleasant terrace, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family. The prices are reasonable for the quality offered, and the central location makes everything even more accessible. We'll definitely return the next time we're in Bucharest – I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone looking for top-notch smoked food and a friendly vibe! 5 stars without hesitation.

It is rare to find a restaurant where "cooked to perfection" isn't just a motto, but the absolute reality. This was our second visit, and it fully lived up to the high bar set by our first. We originally visited during the summer and only sampled the starters (which are amazing, by the way), but this time we stayed for the main courses. I must say, whatever food you try here, you are in for a masterclass in culinary execution. Simple, yet perfect. What truly completes the experience, however, is the amazing service. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and professional without being overbearing. It’s clear that the same level of care put into the food is also put into the hospitality. Whether you’re stopping in for a few light bites or a full lunch/dinner, the combination of amazing food and top-tier service makes this place a must-visit. We will definitely be back for a third time!

Went for the famous pork belly. Extremely well cooked, very tender, however, not the best pork meat I had, as I was expecting. I think some marinade or some spices were missing (my personal opinion). The fries were very tasty, however they were served very dry, as if they were cooked in the morning (we went there at dinner time). Service was somewhat slow and chaotic. Very cool vibes in the evening, we visited on a Tuesday.
